RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your LIBÉON purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refund Method
All approved returns are refunded as store credit, which can be used on any future purchase at noxsupplyltd.com. Store credit does not expire and will be issued to your customer account within 5-10 business days of receiving your returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Items marked as non-returnable
