Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and all EU member states. We are working to expand shipping to the United States and additional international markets.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your delivery status using the carrier's tracking portal.
Delivery Issues

For failed delivery attempts, the carrier will leave a notice with collection or redelivery instructions. Unclaimed packages returned to us may be subject to restocking fees.
Customs & Duties
For EU orders, prices include VAT where applicable. Customers are responsible for any additional customs duties or taxes imposed by their country, though these are uncommon within the EU.
Gift Cards
Digital gift cards are delivered via email immediately after purchase and do not require shipping.
